Frozen Treasure: Crab Cakes

When I realized there was nothing fresh to make for dinner tonight, I rummaged through the freezer and found these:  Franny's Christmas Crab Cakes!  Yay! 

40 minutes at 425 degrees.  That's all I know.  I have no idea what recipe she used.  Franny, help!

  1. Probably made something up based on different recipes on the web. I think it was just crab (lots left over from Christmas dinner!), red pepper, egg or mayo, green onion, S+P, maybe some lemon??? I remember it was really simple. I don't think there were even any breadcrumbs involved, unless you had some gluten free crumbs hanging around. I hope they were good. I never got to try one!
